2.3 STRUCTURAL DAMAGE
Impairments to the integrity of the building structure can be placed in one of four main groups. The boundaries of these groups are by no means clear-cut, and there will often be overlapping, The groups are:
(a) Structural Cracking and Movement. See Clause 2.4 and Appendix A for more information.
(b) Deformation. See Clause 2.5 and Appendix B for more information.
(c) Dampness. See Clause 2.6 and Appendix C for more information.
(d) Structural Timber Pest Damage. See Clause 2.7 and Appendix D for more information.
