Heathwood (4110)
Situated 21 km to Brisbane’s south and bounded by Oxley Creek to its west, Heathwood (4110) was named for an early settler and officially recognised as a suburb in 1975.
In 2011, 1800 people lived in Heathwood, their average age is 32 years, only half of which were born in Australia, others deriving from Vietnam, India, and South Africa. Apart from English, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Hindi, Samoan, and Sinhalese were also spoken at home.
