Incompatible Materials such as metals encourage corrosion. Galvanic corrosion is an electrochemical process in which one metal corrodes preferentially when in electrical contact with a different type of metal. Ion migration occurs between the two metals causing one metal to corrode more quickly than it otherwise would; the corrosion of the second metal is retarded even to the point of stopping.
The inspector Tony was excellent. Very detailed, friendly and explained things in easy to understand language which is good for someone who is a first home buyer.
