What Happens When You Book

How We Make Sure Your Inspection Goes Smoothly

Your Booking

We'll start by asking you some questions which, for your convenience, we keep to a minimum. Once we have all the information we need to thoroughly conduct your inspection, you can relax... we take care of everything for you.

Payment of Fees

We accept most methods of payment by phone including Mastercard, Bankcard, VISA, American Express or Diners Club. We also accept Internet Transfer. Your payment is processed on the day of your inspection, once we have delivered your service.

Cancellations

We recognise that cancellations are sometimes unforeseen. We make every effort not to burden you with avoidable expense, so if we are given a minimum of one full working day's notice we will not charge you for a cancellation or postponement... otherwise, regrettably a cancellation fee will apply.

Scheduling & Arranging Your Inspection

After booking with us, we contact your agent. We also organise the appointment with your inspector. And if the property is currently occupied by tenants we make sure that they are given sufficient notice and agree to the proposed time.

We continue to follow your inspection right through from booking to report delivery to ensure everything goes smoothly for you.

We Value Your Time

Your time is very important to you, and that makes it important to us. Your inspector will do everything  possible to be on time and not keep you waiting. And you'll be advised if there are any alterations to your appointment.

You Are Welcome to Meet Your Inspector on Site

You are encouraged to meet your inspector on site. We simply ask that you meet on the property 45 minutes from commencement of your inspection. This allows your inspector to fully concentrate upon completing the most thorough inspection for you without missing any important details. If you are not able to meet your inspector on site, he will telephone you later that day to discuss his findings with you and answer your questions. You will also find your report easier to understand if you've seen the property first-hand through your inspector's eyes.

Please understand that we don't provide quotations to repair any uncovered defects. This would represent a serious conflict of interest and should seriously erode your confidence in your inspector's findings.

Preparing Your Report

Your inspector then produces your report which is subjected to a quality assurance check. We insist that every report is seen by at least two pairs of eyes.

Once you have your report, you are welcome to contact your inspector  to discuss any further concerns you may have.

It's that easy...
