The library is a combination of material written by ABIS as a result of our own research and practical experience together with useful information gleaned from other authoritative sources.
Downpipe
Downpipes transfer rainwater from the gutters on the roof of a building to stormwater drains at ground level. Downpipes are usually attached to the exterior but may also be concealed inside the fabric of the building. Defective downpipes may allow water to damage the the fabric of the building and may contribute to foundation problems.
